We've had these checks specially woven from an original piece of C18th fabric. This was commonly used for working class or sailors shirts. The shirts are made of 50% Linen 50% Cotton.

These shirts are made to the same body pattern as our standard C18th SH120. 

The pattern is taken directly from an original shirt and can turn down over the cravat at the front. 

Available in 2 colourways - Blue Check and Green Check

These are voluminous garments cut in the same way as the originals of the period. Perfect for C18th - C19th costume, not ideal for those familiar only with C21st clothing who may find them intimidatingly large.
