At Darcy Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
